Social Checklist

Daily Tasks

☐ Night Before: Have content for next day planned or schedule time to create daily content (15-40 minutes)

☐Early Morning (before you leave for work): Post 2 stories to Instagram (or Facebook) + Respond to 2 different people’s stories (people you want to talk to) (0-2 minutes)

☐11am: Post content to IG or Facebook (you will want to test different times, but for me, 11am always does the best, followed by late at night). (2-6 minutes)

☐11am: Post new post to IG story as well + Respond to 1 person’s story (1-2 minutes)

☐Lunch: 2 stories + Respond to 2 stories (2-10 minutes)

☐Lunch: Reply to comments on new content posted (1-4 minutes)

☐Lunch: Check in on Facebook Group and respond to comments (2-5 minutes)

☐End of Work Day: Post 2 stories + Respond to 2 stories (2-10 minutes)

☐Dinner Time: Post 1 Story + Respond to 1 Story (1-3 minutes)

☐Early Evening: Facebook Live (10-20 minutes) (might not be daily)

☐Evening: Post 2 Stories (promote Live you just did) + Respond to 2 Stories (2-10

minutes)

☐Before Bed: Confirm content for next day + respond to any comments (10-20

minutes)

☐Before Bed: Make notes on leads you talked to that day and who you want to talk to

tomorrow


3-6 Times Per Week:

☐Direct Messaging & Relationship Building (with leads, customers & team). Remember your goal is 10 new customers in 30 days! So, be sure to reach out to new leads daily


Once Per Week:

☐Facebook Live to promote Group on personal or business

☐Regularly scheduled Facebook Live in Group

☐Content brainstorming for week ahead

☐Team Group Training

☐Attend a training or read self help book regarding networking marketing


Twice a month:


Monthly Tasks

☐Brainstorm content for Group for next month

☐Know what products you want to focus on and speak to

☐Review struggles and questions from previous month

☐Re-read the steps outlined in the Shine Challenge



Quarterly Tasks

☐Review new social media strategies

☐Check growth and analytics (on social AND in your back office)
